30 Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the receipt of your complete order to take advantage of our 100% guarantee of satisfaction. Exchanges and refunds will be honored. Alterations of jackets and pants due to a change in size are subject to review and the below-standard tailoring rates may apply. Freight and handling are not included in this 30-day guarantee.
31 to 90 Day Guarantee
If you wish to return merchandise for refund it must be unused with all original tags present. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed. All alterations will be charged standard Lighthouse tailoring rates (see below). Freight and handling are not included in this 31 to 90-day guarantee.
After 91 days
We will not be able to accept any returns after 90 days. All alterations will be charged standard Lighthouse tailoring rates (see below). Freight and handling are not included on alteration requests after 91 days.
